March 2nd, 2020.– Mariscos Castellar has just presented its wide range of raw and cooked seafood products during the International Trends and Innovation Fair of the Horeca sector (HIP 2020), held on February 24, 25 and 26 at IFEMA-Madrid.
This is the first time that Mariscos Castellar participates in this fair, which, in its fourth edition, has reunited more than 30.000 congressmen and professional visitors, which makes it the the biggest innovation event for the hostelry sector.
At the event, Mariscos Castellar was able to show its main product, seafood, with the renewed image and packaging of the company, and focused on specific solutions for the hostelry sector.
The company set up a striking exhibition area, which attracted special interest among all attendees and professionals in the hotel, restaurant and catering sector, motivated by the wide range of freshly cooked and raw seafood offered for tasting at all visitors.
Likewise, the event has served to generate important synergies and business opportunities as well as to promote developments in innovation thanks to the numerous proposals that the fair shows, aimed at offering trends and specific solutions for each segment of the industry.
