Mariscos Castellar has three working centers (in Castellar, Santisteban del Puerto y Jaén), over 36.000 square meters all together, holding seafood cookers, distribution warehouse, processing room, laboratory, offices and maintenance workshop.
These modern facilities, equipped with the most advanced technology in the national agri-food sector so as to guarantee the highest quality of all products, have a cold storage capacity of more than 100.000 cubic meters.
