26 June 2025.- On 5 June, Mariscos Castellar received one of the Family Business Awards presented by the BBVA Family Business Chair at San Telmo Business School. This prestigious award recognizes the work and highlights the importance of family businesses in the economy and society.
Along with Mariscos Castellar, eleven other award-winning companies from southern Spain were nominated by the various business leaders who make up the BBVA Chair and its Advisory Board for being considered examples of excellence in family business.
At the ceremony, which took place at the San Telmo Foundation in Malaga, the managing director, Francisco García Calero, accompanied by his family and management team, highlighted how motivating it is for the entire Mariscos Castellar team to receive this recognition.
