ABOUT US<\/h1>\n

The Garc\u00eda-Calero brothers, Francisco and Josefina, have been running the company since 2015. After graduating in Business Sciences, and completing their Master in Business Management, both worked for several companies (Spanish and foreign) in the food sector, occupying different positions. Through this experience they have gained a vast knowledge of the sector and of the modern models of business organization.<\/p>\n

For the Garc\u00eda-Calero brothers, the team that makes up the company is, since its inception, the main asset of Mariscos Castellar<\/em>: this human factor constitutes an essential pillar in a company which still preserves the value of the artisanal tradition.<\/p>\n

With more than a hundred workers, distributed in its centers of Santisteban del Puerto, Castellar and Ja\u00e9n, the company has a modern organizational structure with professional departments in the different areas: production, quality, logistics, export, innovation and development, national purchases, warehouse, management, human resources, maintenance, sales, marketing and communication, and corporate social responsibility.<\/p>\n
